Our Transformational Story Groups are based on Narrative Trauma Care methodology and Internal Family System’s Theory - that we are best known and our stories best held and healed in the presence of Self and others..

We feel honored that you will be joining us on this 9 week journey of healing, wholeness and freedom.

Cohort Options:

Daytime Story Group: Mondays: Beginning Jan 15th 2024 9:00am - 10:30am CT

Evening Story Group: Tuesdays: Beginning Jan 16th 2024 7:00pm - 8:30pm CT
